Terms of service

At Worldweaver Sessions, our primary goal is to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all players. We prioritize safety and respect, which is why we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of hateful behavior. Our GMs reserve the right to exclude players from sessions if they engage in repeated instances of such behavior, even after being asked to stop. We believe that everyone should feel secure and valued during our gaming sessions.

Payment Policy
All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your booking. We accept various payment methods, and you will receive a confirmation once your payment is processed.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will incur a charge of half the session fee. This policy is in place to account for the time and effort that our GMs invest in preparing each adventure.
